You will receive a reminder confirmation text 72 days before your appointment, if your appointment is not confirmed and/or you have not contacted the stylist within 24 hours of your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and given to the next client on our waitlist. If you fail to show for your appointment without any notice, 100% of cost of services will be charged. A 15 minute grace period is given within the starting time of your appointment, after 15 minutes with no contact you will be marked as no show.
